The Property
The 'White Rose Villa' is a single storey, 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom private villa. Being a single storey home and having no stairs, means the property easily accessible for the less able bodied.
There is a pool area which overlooks a conservation area and a lake. Having no rear neighbours, and bushes to either side, keeps the area very secluded and private.
For your family's safety, the villa conforms to all state and county regulations. It has smoke alarms throughout, a handy fire extinguisher and all doors to the pool area are lockable and alarmed.

The villa is located in the sub-division of 'Bridgewater at Town Centre'. It is a generally quiet area for relaxing. There is a shopping centre 5 minutes away at Champion's Gate, which has a supermarket and restaurants, The entrance to Disney World is only 4 miles away, with Sea World a further 9 miles away and Universal Studios only 4 more.

You will be only a 10 Mins Drive from Disney World and a 20 Mins Drive from Seaworld and Discovery Cove, and a 30 Mins Drive from Universal and the Islands of Adventure and over 30 Golf courses! There is also Chinese & Italian Restaurants, and Horseriding within easy reach
